Document Controller

Penspen www.penspen.com are looking for Document Controller, the position is to be based in India.


The Document Controller will be responsible for overseeing the document control process, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely distribution of project documentation in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Alternative (I): Bachelor’s degree in administration or Equivalent closely related field.

  • Alternative (II): Diploma or Equivalent with a Certificate from a recognized agency in Project Administration

    • Knowledge / Experience (Skills):

  • Alternative (I): Six (6) years

  • Alternative (II) Ten (10) years

  • Experience in organizing and controlling typical project deliverables such as drawings, specifications, operating manuals, vendor submittals, filing systems, and document flow procedures.
