Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Document Controller located in Johor Bahru. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and maintaining documentation, ensuring accurate project records and compliance with company standards, organizing and controlling project documentation, and overseeing records management to maintain accessibility and security. Day-to-day duties will include coordinating with team members, ensuring documentation accuracy, and supporting the smooth flow of information within the organization.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Document Management, Project Documentation, and documentation processes
Strong skills in Records Management and organization
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
