Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 1–2 years experience as a Document Controller in construction projects
  • Familiar with construction documents (drawings, RFIs, submittals, transmittals)
  • Experience using EDMS (Aconex, Asite, SharePoint, or similar)
  • Knowledge of document numbering, revision control, and filing systems
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
