Job Description

Professional responsible for technical documentation of a large-scale data centre construction project. This role ensures that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders, supporting the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining and updating document control procedures and systems, ensuring all documents are correctly filed and easily retrievable.
  • Coordinating with the project management team to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
  • Monitoring document workflows and ensuring compliance with company standards and project requirements.
  • Providing training and support to the project team on document control processes and systems.
  • Conducting regular revisions to ensure document control processes are being followed and identify areas for improvement.
