Document Controller (Safety Department – Data Center Project)


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), Environmental Health, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    (1–2 years experience in construction or safety documentation is an advantage)

  • Basic knowledge of safety documents such as:

  • HIRARC / JSA

  • Method Statements (Safety-related)
  • PTW (Permit to Work)
  • Toolbox Meeting records
  • Training records & certifications
  • Familiar with document control procedures and filing systems (softcopy & hardcopy)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good attention to detail, organized, and able to handle confidential documents
  • Able to work at construction / data center project site
  • Good communication skills in English
