To provide all the necessary document / data maintenance support to the Projects team and manage all the administrative responsibilities on site as required.

Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update all necessary records, files and database for efficient and orderly storage and retrieval
- Ensure that all material requisitions are initiated, approved and distributed within the defined parameters and follow through on the issuance and distribution of LPOs ensuring no delays
- Ensure timely and accurate logging, tracking and distribution of all invoices as per the QS provided checklist
- Receive documents and drawings, arrange necessary copies and distribute to different divisions as per site requirement
