Job Description
The Document Controller is responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining project and company documents to ensure accuracy, version control, confidentiality, and easy retrieval in accordance with company procedures and client requirements. Key Responsibilities Maintain and control all incoming and outgoing project documents Register, distribute, and track documents using document control systems Ensure proper version control and document numbering Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems Coordinate with engineers, project teams, clients, and vendors Ensure documents comply with company and project standards Prepare document status reports and transmittals Archive superseded and completed documents systematically Support audits and ensure document traceability Maintain confidentiality of controlled documents Requirements Diploma / Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field 36 years experience as a Document Controller or similar role Experience in constr...
