Document Controller

Job Description:

The Document Controller / DC for Technical Due Diligence (TDD), in

guidance and with coordination of the Engineering Design Manager is

responsible of the following;

Responsible in the management of all TDD works and all TDD

related works.

To fully coordinate with all inter-Departments of SMDC in relation to

all TDD works and TDD related works.

Preparation and management of all documentations and

correspondences of all TDD works and all TDD related works.

Responsible in archiving of all TDD related documents, reports,

drawings and other related documents of all SMDC projects.

Responsible in monitoring, updating and closing of all TDD works

and all TDD related works from start to finish or completion of TDD

studies, including the issuance of Certificate of Completion / COC to

all engaged 3rd party consultants for TDD.
