We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to support our construction project by managing all project documentation. The role involves controlling, tracking, and distributing documents to ensure proper record keeping and compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control and manage all project documents (drawings, method statements, reports, letters, etc.)
- Maintain document control registers and ensure latest revisions are used on site
- Receive, record, and distribute documents to consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure proper filing of hardcopy and softcopy documents
- Assist project team during audits, inspections, and meetings
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams on document matters
- Ensure documents comply with project and company procedures
