Document Controller

The Document Controller is responsible for overseeing and coordinating document and contract workflows, ensuring all documentation meets contractual standards and aligns with project requirements.

Job Descriptions:

  • Maintain and update project documentation (e.g., drawings, material approvals, correspondences) for clients and subcontractors.
  • Ensure proper filing of documents (both hardcopy and softcopy) to facilitate easy retrieval within and across departments.
