Overview

The Compliance Officer/Document Controller is responsible for managing legal compliance activities, certification readiness, audit coordination, and full documentation control. This role ensures strict version control, documentation accuracy, certification tracking, and timely updates to support ISO, DOE/DOSH, TAPA, RBA, and internal audit requirements.

Responsible

  • Maintain compliance KPIs (audit scores, inspection performance, license/certification renewals).
  • Update and maintain the compliance dashboard for management review.
  • Record, track, and follow up on all audit and inspection findings.
  • Support communication of regulatory updates and compliance notices.
  • Maintain version control for compliance documentation, manuals, and SOPs.
  • Archive certifications, licenses, DOE/DOSH reports, and inspection records
  • Ensure timely updates for ISO, DOE/DOSH, TAPA, RBA, and customer audit readiness.
