Position Title: Document Controller

Location: London (Site-based / Hybrid / Office-based depending on project)

Role Summary

The Document Controller is responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining all project documentation for the construction project lifecycle. This includes ensuring documents are stored correctly, distributed to the right stakeholders, comply with project standards, and remain fully traceable. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and experience with common construction industry document management systems (DMS) such as Viewpoint For Projects (4Projects), Asite, Aconex, SharePoint, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
