Responsibilities
- Manage and control project documents and drawings
- Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing, and archiving
- Utilize DMS systems (Aconex or similar)
- Control correspondence between contractor, consultant, and client
- Prepare document status and tracking reports
Requirements
- B.Sc. or Diploma in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in document control
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and document control systems (Aconex preferred)
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and within a team
