A person who provides timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of technical documents supporting project management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares the attached technical reports amddocuments on time, per specification and standards of the client
- Complies with client and company standards and requirements with regards to quality, format, no. of copies etc, in the submission of documents.
- Maintains and updates the document status requirement monitor per project.
- Ensures that past and current documents are complete, organized properly, catalogued, stored and shared for easy access by users.
- Ensures that client requirements such as submission of project folders right after acceptance activities are consistently met.
- Answers internal and external communications promptly, professionally.
