We are seeking a Documentation Technician who will ensure data integrity on Aftermarket data for service parts catalogs and downstream systems. This role involves collaboration with Aftermarket and Engineering departments and serves as a data steward in our department, acting as a liaison between internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the primary point of responsibility for the assessment, improvement, and governance of the organization's critical data assets.
+ Act as a trustee to ensure adequate data quality is maintained to support business processes.
+ Engage with business leadership to quantify and articulate the business impact of data quality issues.
+ Assess the current state of data quality within the scope of responsibility.
+ Establish target goals for data quality improvement and identify optimal approaches for resolving data quality issues.
