Job Description

A. QUALITY:

  • Report to Senior Manager HR / ADM/ QUALITY ASSURANCE
  • To ensure company compliance with ISO Standards and regulations.  Execute all certification processes , managing the changes and maintaining the certification activities according to the product certification procedures and the accreditation requirements
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, address quality issues, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Adhere and enforce all Quality and stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations  and procedures inclusive safety and environment
  • Control Document Lifecycle. Develop and manage the creation, amended ,storage, retrieval and disposal  of both electronic and physical documents
  • Provide Training and Communication. Train and educate staff on documented management procedures, standards and best practices
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure document accuracy, completeness and compliance with standards
