Job Responsibilities

  1. Document Control Management
    a) Establish, maintain, and implement Document & Record Control procedures in accordance with ISO requirements.
    b) Control the lifecycle of all controlled documents, including:
    i) Creation, review, approval, revision, distribution, and obsolescence.
    ii) Ensure only the latest approved documents are available at points of use.

  2. Record Retention & Control
    a) Develop and maintain the Record Retention Master List / Matrix.
    b) Ensure records are:
    i) Properly identified.;
    ii) Legible, retrievable, and protected.; and
    iii) Retained and disposed of according to defined retention periods.
    c) Monitor compliance with record retention requirements across departments.

  3. Cross-Functional Coordination
    a) Coordinate with internal departments (QA, Production, Engineering, HR, Purchasing, etc.) on:
    i) Document preparation, updates, and reviews.; and
    ii) Timely subm...
