Job Description
I. Duties and Responsibilities
- Run and administrates the document control system.
- Handling intake, scanning, verification, and storing documents
- Filing and archiving relevant documentation
- Retrieving of all obsolete or expired documents from the process owner and relevant department or section.
- Keep safe and update all customer and internal documentation.
- Upload all controlled documents to DMS (local server or intranet)
- Assist the immediate superior / management representative in all audits (Internal,External & Third Party).
- Assist in preparation and act as minutes note taker in the management review meeting.
- Monitor and comply to department /section set of target KPI.
