Job Description

I. Duties and Responsibilities:

· Run and administrates the document control system.

· Handling intake, scanning, verification, and storing documents

· Filing and archiving relevant documentation

· Retrieving of all obsolete or expired documents from the process owner and relevant department or section.

· Keep safe and update all customer and internal documentation.

· Upload all controlled documents to DMS (local server or intranet)

· Assist the immediate superior / management representative in all audits (Internal,External & Third Party).

· Assist in preparation and act as minutes note taker in the management review meeting.

. Monitor and comply to department /section set of target KPI.

· Candidate must Bachelors Degree Holder in any Office Administration or in any related field.
