Job Summary:
The Documentation Associate is responsible for managing and verifying all shipment-related documents, including conduction stickers, ORCRs, and vehicle plate numbers, ensuring accuracy before submission to clients. This role assists clients with transfer of ownership processes, LTO-related concerns, and updates to ORCR details such as color or gross weight. The Documentation Associate supports smooth logistics operations by maintaining accurate documentation and providing prompt assistance to clients, while performing other duties as required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for requesting conduction stickers, ORCR, and plate numbers for truck shipment.
- Ensure that the information of conduction stickers, ORCR, and plate numbers are correct before we send to client's addresses.
- Assists clients with their transfer of ownership, including changes of ORCR details (e.g. color, gross weight, etc.).
