Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of our DuckCreek-based Distribution Management System. You will define the architecture, integrations, and workflows to deliver scalable, maintainable, and efficient DMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end-to-end DMS solutions on DuckCreek, including modules, data models, and integrations.
  • Translate business requirements (agent onboarding, commissions, reporting) into technical designs.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and enforce best practices.
  • Ensure smooth integration with other systems (ERP, CRM, DuckCreek modules).
  • Optimize and troubleshoot existing systems; maintain technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of experience with DuckCreek modules (DMS, Policy, Billing, Claims).
