Responsibilities:

• Preparation of technical feasibility reports against customer enquiries / RFQs.
• Preparation of External Quality Assurance Plans (QAP).
• Preparation of Internal QAP for rolling and forging products.
• Assessment of technical parameters for government tender business supplies.
• Preparation of test protocols.
• Handling customer audits and visits.
• Maintaining records of customer complaints.
• Updating Control Plans, FMEA, PPAP, etc.
• Managing documentation, including manuals, SOPs, work instructions, new formats, and risk analysis.
