Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Platform Partnership & Campaign Management

  2. Act as the main point of contact with TikTok platform teams.

  3. Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end campaign projects in collaboration with TikTok.
  4. Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and propose actionable strategies.

  5. Livestream & Creator/Host Management

  6. Train, and manage TikTok hosts/creators to ensure high-quality livestream sessions.

  7. Develop content and performance strategies to maximize livestream sales.
  8. Monitor and improve livestream KPIs, including GMV, conversion rate, and viewer engagement.

  9. E-commerce Operations

  10. Lead day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop campaigns and promotional activities.

  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless execution.
