Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Order Management: Process and monitor orders across ERP and e-commerce platforms to ensure timely fulfillment and accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Maintain real-time product inventory updates across all sales channels, proactively monitor stock levels, and initiate stock replenishment or transfers as required.
- Order Exception Handling: Identify delayed or problematic orders and implement appropriate corrective actions in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain and update inventory sheets, monthly sales reports, and operational dashboards to support business insights and decision-making.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Serve as a liaison between e-commerce, warehouse, central after-sales support, finance, and other channel order management teams to ensure smooth operations.
