Divisional Compliance Auditor

The Role

We are looking for a driven and detail‑focused Divisional Compliance Auditor to join our team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring our operational activities meet strict regulatory, accreditation, and internal compliance standards across the division. You’ll work closely with the various divisions at all levels, from senior leadership to site operatives, helping to maintain high standards, identify improvements, and drive a culture of continuous compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting full audits of 100% of job files across the division in line with accreditation requirements and internal standards (CMW)
• Auditing 100% of site files for live projects, ensuring compliance across active contracts
• Identifying, raising, and managing corrective actions for any non‑conformities
• Verifying and evidencing the close‑out of non‑conformities with internal auditors and certification bodies
