Position Overview

Fort St. John Co-op is seeking a Division Manager, Business to Consumer (B2C) to lead our convenience, retail and food service operations. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is responsible for ensuring organizational priorities, operational standards, and performance expectations are consistently executed across all locations. The successful candidate will provide leadership, coaching, accountability, and operational oversight to Store Managers while driving strong customer experiences, site standards, team development, and financial performance.
