About the team

Our team is based in Indonesia and sits within the SEA Regional Business, Global Business Solutions organization. We partner with key market partners across the Southeast Asia region to drive their user growth and marketing strategy by owning and implementing customised marketing and measurement solutions, ad tech integration and platform innovation. Responsibilities
- Lead the EC(non-FMCG) team's overall revenue and guide team members to maximize performance.
- Manage partnership teams and build partnerships across multiple levels of management and C-Level.
- Own the end-to-end growth strategy for TTS sellers, leveraging TikTok Ads solutions to unlock scalable ads growth.
- Effectively engage and collaborate with xFN teams internally and externally.
- Accountable for revenue targets and identify growth strategy and areas of value for customers.
