Division 10/12 Foreman

Overview Precision Walls, Inc. (PWI) is a leading wall and ceiling specialty contractor seeking a Division 10/12 Foreman in commercial construction. The role requires experience in bathroom partitions, toilet accessories, fire suppression installations, and other wall protection services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Install bathroom partitions and accessories per project specifications. Handle all types of commercial wall and ceiling items. Measure and mark surfaces for hanging work using blueprints and drawings. Inspect wall surfaces for imperfections. Work independently on job sites. Supervise less experienced installers and laborers. Coordinate with GCs and other subcontractors on project expectations. Instruct and inspect installation work to ensure quality.
