Our federal government client is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert in Human Rights Employment and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to support Canada’s workplace inclusion initiatives and review progress on key DEI commitments.TasksReview Canada’s DEI Strategy and Action Plan (DSAP) and assess implementation progress.
Evaluate fulfillment of settlement commitments with the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC).
Define project scope, approach, timeline, and required data to complete the reviews.
Provide objective, evidence-based analysis of actions taken to improve DEI in staffing, recruitment, and workplace culture.
Deliver clear, actionable recommendations based on best practices in comparable organizations.
Lead stakeholder consultations to gather input and validate findings.
