Job Description
District Vice President, North Atlantic District Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Compensation: $155,000 – $215,000 CAD base plus variable.
Responsibilities
Drive District Advice & Service goals through excellence in execution.
Execute key national & regional strategies within the district:
Lead/Partner on One TD activities in the market & within branches.
Promote Omni-channel adoption for advice & service.
Deliver operational efficiencies and excellence.
Provide Legendary Colleague & Customer Experiences and resolve customer issues.
Lead, coach and develop Branch Managers and Branch colleagues on behaviours and outcomes, operational excellence, LEI & business development to increase confidence and elevate advice.
