Job Description
The District Store Coordinator (Area Manager) reports to the District Manager is responsible for finding and developing SecureSpace talent by hiring, training, and coaching team members while helping them meet regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections. District Store Coordinators work as an area manager and will be working directly with the store teams, providing guidance and leadership to team members with all aspects of store operations. The District Store Coordinator will work mostly in our stores, leading by example, and to help provide the highest level of customer service to SecureSpace patrons. This Coordinator position will cover our stores in Florida.
