Job Description

**About the Role**
District Sales Manager (DSM) is accountable and responsible for driving overall business performance of the district within designated zone commercial unit, including:

+ Perform month-to-month sales out to distributor (OTD) and the liquidation to retailers (out to retail/OTR).
+ Lead and manage the district channel activity plan and ensure the execution is proper and relevant to capture market opportunity to generate sales.
+ Lead and manage the district sales generation plan to support the top-line delivery, including driving the dealer and retailer.
+ Identify and capture opportunities to ensure business growth in the district and mitigate risks that may impact the district business performance.
