Job Description

adidas is seeking a Store Operations professional in Lima to monitor store performance, support Store Managers, and ensure adherence to regional guidelines. The role includes regular store visits, inventory control, and coordination between stores and Merchandising.

You will lead and motivate Store Managers, help forecast demand, and drive achievement of retail KPIs while maintaining loss prevention and operational standards across the district.
