Come and join our CQC rated 'Outstanding' Trust as a District Nursing Sister for the Windsor and Maidenhead Community Nursing Team. As a District Nursing Sister you will manage a clinical caseload under the delegation of the team leader as well as exercising leadership and management of a defined community DN team to ensure good clinical practices and high standards of care are maintained in order to meet service demand. Working within our Community Nursing Team you will support, assess, and treat patients with a variety of health needs, delivering high quality, evidence-based practice. You will have a passion and enthusiasm to care for patients in their own homes.
