+ 主导下属的招聘和培训。
+ 评估下属的工作表现，帮助制定个性化的发展计划。
+ 管理和分配销售资源。
+ 筛选、发展和保留区域内目标医院。
+ 高质量执行报告系统，确保区域内市场信息的及时反馈。
+ 组织安排推广活动和销售活动。
+ 及时支持代表解决销售问题，计划和执行与代表的协同拜访，辅导和发展员工。
+ 与内外部客户建立良好关系，发展和保留KOL。
