About the role

• Lead the delivery and development of an integrated substance misuse service, working closely with the Management team including Team Leaders, clinicians and a committed staff team
• Provide line management, supervision and leadership to achieve continually high performing outcomes in line with service and contractual arrangements
• Provide a constant stimulus for improving and innovating current services, creating and facilitating a learning culture that engages with diversity
