Job Description

AMH is seeking a District Maintenance Manager to oversee vacant maintenance and the turn process across a district, leading field teams to keep homes functional and safe while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires five+ years supervising field maintenance and at least two years in project management. HVAC experience is preferred; a valid driver’s license and basic hand/power tools are required.
