This role is responsible for developing the distributor's organization and business with the goal of achieving contributory objectives, such as key sales indicators and other performance parameters set by Asia Brewery Inc. It serves as the primary liaison between the distributor and ABI personnel, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

The role leads the implementation of business-building programs for distributor operations, oversees the selling-in of ABI products, and maintains standard inventory levels. It also involves closely monitoring product distribution in the assigned area through accurate sales forecasting, ensuring product availability, estimating lead times, tracking order status, and managing delivery schedules.
