Distributor Governance & Oversight
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Distributor Management Framework across CAMCAR, ensuring consistent application of AstraZeneca standards and governance expectations.Establish and maintain a risk-based distributor segmentation model to prioritize governance activities, oversight intensity, remediation efforts and resource allocation according to distributor risk, business criticality and performance.Establish and maintain robust governance mechanisms for distributors, including review forums, action tracking, monitoring routines, accountability structures, and escalation pathways.Ensure distributor operating models, ways of working, and governance processes are aligned with AstraZeneca requirements related to compliance, commercial discipline, documentation, approvals, and execution standards.Support the review and strengthening of distributor contracts and g...
