Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Delivery Productivity Management
  • In‑trade coaching with errant offenders on MBFU, refusals and OODD
  • Ensure delivery modes are adhered to and continuously seek opportunities to pursue cheaper modes
  • Verify master data for accuracy
  • Carry out in‑trade owner‑driver standard verification
  • Adhere to the market visit plan with in‑trade presence at a minimum of four days a week, ensuring compliance with SOPs and OWDs and closing gaps where necessary
  • Quality Management:
    • Ensure quality procedures are clear in the route delivery execution process and that employees follow them
    • Ensure all employees understand the customer complaint process; KPIs are tracked and action plans are in place to improve results
    • Track consumer complaints and GOPS, and implement improvements
