We are hiring a Distribution Operations Team Lead to manage warehouse distribution activities and support daily operational requirements. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and experience in handling fast-paced logistics operations.
Qualifications
- College Level or College Graduate
- With at least 2–4 years of supervisory experience in logistics or distribution operations
- Experience in warehouse distribution and inventory handling is preferred
- Familiar with warehouse KPIs and operational reporting
- Knowledgeable in logistics coordination and stock management
- Excellent communication and team management skills
