The Distribution Manager leads the warehousing function within the branch, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. This role partners closely with Sales, Trade Compliance, Finance, and Operations to grow the distribution product, manage profitability, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Operations & Customer Management

  • Manage daily distribution and warehousing operations, including work orders, inventory records, and customer service delivery.
  • Ensure all customer procedures and standard operating processes are documented and kept current in the Desk Level Standard Operating Procedures database.
  • Map and analyze department processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, cycle time reduction, and service improvements.
  • Take an active role in the transition and onboarding of new business and changes to existing accounts.
