Overview
The Distribution Hub Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse and distribution operations at the branch level. This role leads distribution and warehouse teams while ensuring alignment with Grimco’s operational standards, safety expectations, cost controls, and customer experience goals.
Working in partnership with the Director of Operations, the Distribution Hub Manager drives operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, employee development, and cross-functional collaboration between operations and sales. This position plays a critical role in ensuring consistent execution, strong team performance, and a high standard of service from order fulfillment through delivery.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
