Distribution Engagement & Communication Sr. Specialist

Overall purpose, duties and responsibilities of the role:

This position is a critical individual contributor, viewed as a subject‑matter expert and serves as the lead for the end‑to‑end management of communication and engagement initiatives across Agency & Bancassurance channel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Campaign Packaging, Release and Execution
  • Lead the end‑to‑end tactical execution of sales campaigns and engagement programs as defined by the team’s strategic calendar, ensuring all launches and updates adhere to pre‑defined schedules, SLAs and compliance standards.
  • Develop and deploy channel‑specific campaign communications content (posters, emails, Viber, etc.), quick reference guides, using approved brand templates and guidelines.
  • Proactively monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot campaign report errors and coordinate with MIS to resolve inaccuracies and ensure strict adherence to approved guidelines.
