Job Description


  • managing the 3PL distribution center (local team of 6 employees who are coordinating activities performed by 3PL warehousing partner and freight partners in Poland)

  • managing day-to-day activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure standards are met

  • developing short- and long-term goals and KPIs for distribution and logistics

  • managing the 3PL supplier to deliver the agreed performance

  • creating, managing and optimizing the logistics and distribution budget

  • identifying areas for improvement, implementing strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency

  • negotiating rates and building relationships with vendors and suppliers
