Distillation Team Leader

About the Role

This position is a key part of the Distillation Team at Diageo Gimli Distillery, supervising and coordinating all activities of unionized workers, including operational, personnel and administrative tasks, to ensure high-quality whisky production for the Crown Royal brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient production and maintain high standards.
• Optimize safety, quality, production and cost objectives through employee involvement and team‑building problem‑solving.
• Train and monitor personnel to ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Communicate production schedules and schedule changes to appropriate departments.
• Direct the planning and implementation of key initiatives to improve distillery operations.
