Job Description
Education
- Admitted member of the Philippine Bar in good standing.
- Holder of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and a bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in litigation and legal dispute management.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine laws, regulatory requirements, and jurisprudence.
- Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and its applicable legal and regulatory environment is an advantage.
Duties and Reponsibilities
Litigation
- Attends hearings at National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), National Labor Relations Commissions (NLRC), Metropolitan Trial Courts, Municipal Trial Court, Regional Trial Court, Court of Appeals, and other quasi-judicial bodies.
- Attends public hearings or committee hearings before the Local Government Councils, House of Representatives, or the Senate.
