Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Display Engineer to join the customer support team at one of our clients in Spring, Texas. This role is pivotal in managing complex escalations, supporting software and hardware diagnostics, and collaborating across various teams to deliver high-quality display solutions. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving in both pre-sale and post-sale environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Escalation Management: Lead or support 3rd-level (3LS)/Sales escalations involving display hardware, firmware, and integration issues. Collaborate with quality, ODM, and customer support teams to resolve issues.
