Dispenser

We are seeking an experienced and motivated SeniorDispenser to join our friendly rural dispensing practice. You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the dispensary, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate dispensing of medication to our patients. Working with the lead dispenser to ensure effective financial control of the dispensary is maintained.

Main duties of the job

The Dispenser is responsible for the safe, accurate and efficient supply of medicines. Key duties include preparing, labelling and dispensing prescriptions, including NOMAD trays, while ensuring all items meet legal and professional standards. They maintain up to date knowledge of dosage forms, storage and product use.
