Dispatching / Full Auto Solution Software Developer

Collaborate with functional leaders in different regions to coordinate and manage allocated local resources, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget for Applied SmartFactory FullAuto, Real Time Scheduling, and Reporting solutions releases. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to local team members to support the completion of assigned solution engineering tasks. Supervise direct reports locally to facilitate effective performance management, employee development, and retention. Contributes to the quality of work for both self and team, operating within organizational guidelines and policies. Prior knowledge and experience in Applied APF RTD and Activity Manager a big plus. Must have an understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
